CCOC members have been an important part of the organization since it began in 1974. Being a member allows you to participate in any meeting of the membership and vote during member meetings, including on resolutions and on electing the Board of Directors.

In April 2024, CCOC members gathered at a special meeting of members to approve a new bylaw for the organization. CCOC needed to revise our Bylaw to be compliant with the Ontario Non-Profit Corporation Act (ONCA), which came into effect in October of this year.

Every two years, CCOC’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey provides an important opportunity for tenants to share their experiences, helping us keep tenant voices central to our decision-making.
