Tenant Feedback

CCOC values feedback from our tenants to help us continually improve. We are committed to monitoring and using tenant feedback to inform decisions. We collect feedback in the following ways:

Tenant Satisfaction Survey

CCOC conducts a large-scale survey with tenants every two years. This survey is one important way tenants can provide us with feedback on a variety of topics and it helps us set priorities for the years to come. The 2024 Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now open!

Complete the Tenant Satisfaction Survey by June 30th for a chance to win one of five $100 Visa giftcards! The survey is anonymous, has no impact on your tenancy, and will take about 20 minutes to complete.

The survey is available online in English.

You may request a paper copy of the survey, the Arabic version of the survey, or verbal assistance completing the survey by contacting Andres at 613-234-4065, ext. 276 or engagement@ccochousing.org. Paper copies are also available in the NewsNotes holder in your lobby.

Maintenance Feedback Survey

When staff or contractors enter your unit, they will leave you with an information card that includes a link to a survey where you can let us know about your experience.

If you have other feedback about work at your building you can always contact feedback@ccochousing.org.

General Feedback

Feedback can be provided any time by phone, email, or in person at the Service Desk. The Service Desk can be reached at info@ccochousing.org or 613-234-4065, ext. 0, or is accessible in person, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
