Tenant-led Events

CCOC encourages and supports tenants who want to bring community building initiatives to life where they live! Over the years, tenants have celebrated together by hosting community barbecues, yard sales, holiday parties and other events.

CCOC supports tenant-led initiatives that are open to all tenants where they live and that are in line with CCOC’s mission and values. We would love to help bring your idea to life.

Host a Community Event

Do you want to have an event that brings neighbors together? Celebrate a holiday? Do you have skills or interests you want to share with others? Let us know—we can help!

Tenants planning an event can request $50-$150, based on the size of the property, for events where all tenants in your building are invited. CCOC can provide free access to a meeting room, and we have a portable BBQ that can be picked up from the office.
