Virtual Lacto-Fermentation Workshop

Learn the basics of lacto-fermentation to make healthy and delicious fermented foods! Lacto-fermentation is used to make foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles. Join Sun Shan of the Chi Garden as she leads us in the basics of the lacto-fermentation process and demonstrates recipes. Hosted in collaboration with Just Food.
