CCOC values feedback from our tenants to help us continually improve. We are committed to monitoring and using tenant feedback to inform decisions. We collect feedback in the following ways:
CCOC conducts a large-scale survey with tenants every two years. This survey is one important way tenants can provide us with feedback on a variety of topics and it helps us set priorities for the years to come.
The 2024 Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who completed it! Stay tuned to find out what we heard from tenants, what changes we will be making, and if you are a winner of a $100 Visa gift card.
When staff or contractors enter your unit, they will leave you with an information card that includes a link to a survey where you can let us know about your experience.
