CCOC will remove snow as per the City of Ottawa By-law minimum snow accumulation of 5 centimetres.
Where there are 3 or fewer units per common walkway, tenants will be responsible for their own snow removal as well as steps and balconies and individual back yards. CCOC will provide these properties with sand and salt.
CCOC does not normally remove snow from balconies and recommends that tenants do not undertake such removal.
