Tenant-led Initiatives

CCOC tenants are part of a diverse, vibrant community with many skills and ideas. Tenants who want to share skills, build community, host events, or simply connect are invited to get involved. Learn more and get in touch about volunteering here.

Bike Tune-Ups from a CCOC Neighbour

One of your CCOC neighbours is offering bike tune-ups to tenants. Patrick is excited to help his neighbours get their bikes ready for the summer and fall season.

Tenants will be contacted by Patrick to arrange a drop-off time for the bike. Tune-ups will include a safety check and the inspection and adjustment of brakes, derailleurs, tire-pressure and chain. If parts are necessary for repair, the owner will need to go to a bike shop for these services.

This service is being offered by a neighbour volunteering to kindly share his skills. Please remember to be kind and patient in return. This volunteer service is not subject to service standards.

To sign up for a free tune-up, fill out the form below.
