If you have information about criminal activity in your building, phone the Ottawa Police at 613-230-6211. Then call the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224 to keep CCOC informed.
If you are unhappy with the service provided by any of our staff please speak with their supervisor. Phone us at 613-234-4065 to arrange a discussion.
To report any damage contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707. Try to contact us early when the damage is easier to fix, don't wait until it gets out of control and becomes a big problem.
If you find problems with the garbage chutes, garbage rooms or litter, contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707.
If you have questions or suggestions about garden boxes or our spring free flower distribution contact the Membership & Communications Department at ext 240.
If your neighbour’s guests are disturbing you, discuss the problem politely with the tenant first. If there is still a problem contact the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224.
If you discover that a machine in the laundry room isn’t working please contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707. Put an Out of Order sign on the machine to save your neighbours some trouble too!
Contact the Membership & Communications Department at ext 241 if you would like to use one of our meeting rooms.
Contact the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224 if you are planning to move.
Discuss the problem with your noisy neighbour and see if you can work it out. If the problem persists contact the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224.
Discuss the problem politely with the tenant, or if there are children involved talk to the parent. If there is still a problem contact the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224.
Contact the Rental Department at ext 245 or 224 for bicycle and vehicle parking.
If you see insects or rodents in your unit contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707.
Discuss the problem politely with the owner of the pet. If there is still a problem contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707.
Contact the Finance Department at ext 230 if you need a receipt for your rent.
If you have questions about your rent, or if you are having trouble paying your rent contact the Finance Department at ext 230.
Try to figure out where the smell is coming from and then report the source to the Maintenance Department at ext 707.
If you have questions or concerns about snow removal (but not the weather) contact the Maintenance Department at ext 707.
If you would like to organize a tenant activity or have questions about an existing one, contact the Membership & Communications Department at ext 240.
If you find someone trespassing in your building, first contact the Ottawa Police at 613-230-6211. Follow up with a call to the Membership & Communications Department at ext 240 to report the problem.
Guests staying longer than 24 hours but no longer than 7 days must get a parking pass from the office to be placed in the vehicle. Contact reception at 613-234-4065 ext 0.
