Applying for Housing
We charge two types of rental rates at CCOC: market rent and rent geared to income.

Benefits of Renting from CCOC
- Many of our properties have roof-top planters and community gardens.
- We do not require a deposit of last month’s rent when you sign our lease.
- Since CCOC is a non-profit corporation, there is no profit component in our rents.
- You can have a say in your housing by joining a committee or running for a seat on the board of directors.
