Meeting Rooms

Some of our buildings have meeting rooms that are available for rent. The rooms can be booked for social events that are finished by 10:00 PM as long as they do not disturb tenants who live in the building. Parental supervision must be provided during any event for children.

Our meeting rooms will not be rented to individuals or groups that may violate or promote violation of the rights that are guaranteed under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Canadian Charter of Freedoms.

Fees

A damage deposit of $45 must be paid in advance.
