CCOC tenants may request maintenance service in three ways:
The maintenance office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
CCOC's Maintenance Department is on-call overnight, on weekends and on holidays for emergencies. If you need service after hours call 613-234-4065 and then press 3.
If you do not have a touch-tone phone call 613-239-4155 to reach the Maintenance Department after hours.
In case of fire, call 911 immediately.
We try hard to give tenants the best maintenance service we can. The most difficult part is determining what needs to be done right away and what can wait a bit longer. We set service standards and targets to give tenants a sense of what to expect, and to make sure we stay on track. We can't always guarantee these standards, but we always try to meet them.
Expect a response in 4 hours and repairs in 24 hours.
We'll send over one of our staff immediately for maintenance emergencies like:
For example: Loss of heat or water, a broken elevator or if your only toilet is blocked.
For example: Broken locks, doors or windows that won't close, flooding or a fire alarm.
For less serious issues we'll phone you back within 4 hours to get more information or to arrange repairs. We will try to fix urgent maintenance issues within 24 hours.
Expect a response in 24 hours and repairs in 7 days.
Problems like a leaky tap are considered a maintenance priority and we will try to deal with them quickly.
Expect a response in 2 business days and repairs in 28 days.
Maintenance requests that are not urgent or a priority may have to wait longer for service. You can expect a response from the Maintenance Department within 2 days of making your request. We try to fix all maintenance requests within 28 days.
