Meeting Rooms for rent

Some of our buildings have meeting rooms that are available for rent. The rooms can be booked for gatherings that are finished by 10:00 PM as long as they do not disturb tenants who live in the building. Parental supervision must be provided during any event for children.

Our meeting rooms will not be rented to individuals or groups that may violate or promote violation of the rights that are guaranteed under the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Canadian Charter of Freedoms.

FEES

Fees for all meeting rooms except 464 Metcalfe:

Tenants and non-profit groups:
- $20 for each meeting
Non-tenants and for-profit groups:
- $35 for the first 4 hours
- $5 for each additional hour
A refundable damage deposit of $45 must be paid in advance. Please note that smoking
is not permitted in any of our meeting rooms.
Fees for the meeting room at 464 Metcalfe:

Tenants & non-profit groups:
- $50.00 for bookings of up to 50 people
- $75.00 for bookings of 50-80 people
- A refundable damage deposit of $75.00 must be paid in advance. Please note that smoking
  is not permitted anywhere on the premises of 464 Metcalfe.
Non-tenants & for-profit groups:
- $75.00 for 4 hours, $10 / additional hour, for bookings of up to 50 people
- $100 for 4 hours, $25/ additional hour, for bookings of 50-80 people
- A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 must be paid in advance. Please note that smoking
  is not permitted anywhere on the premises of 464 Metcalfe.
