Volunteering & Membership

Volunteering with CCOC
CCOC is directed and controlled by tenants and volunteers. Although we do not require that tenants participate (like a co-op) volunteers are very important. There are many ways that tenants and community volunteers, people just like you, can get involved:
- Become a board or committee member
- Help out with events
- Help with volunteer landscaping and planter boxes
- Promote recycling, energy conservation and sustainability in your building
Becoming a Member
Anyone who supports CCOC’s Mission Statement and Values can become a member after paying a small membership fee. If you want to stand for election to the Board of Directors, you must be a member one month before the Annual General Meeting.
