Crime in your Building
If you have information about criminal activity in your building, phone the Ottawa Police at 613-230-6211. Follow up with a call to the Rental Department at 613-234-4065 ext 0 to keep CCOC informed.
Customer Service
If you are unhappy with the service provided by any of our staff, please speak with their supervisor. Phone us at 613-234-4065 to arrange a discussion. If there is still a problem, contact the Executive Director.
Damages
To report any damage to CCOC property contact the Maintenance Department at 613-234-4065 ext 707.
Garbage
If there are problems with the garbage chutes, garbage rooms or litter please contact the Maintenance Department at 613-234-4065 ext 707.
Gardening
If you have questions or suggestions about garden boxes or the spring free flower distribution, contact the Membership & Communications Department at 613-234-4065 ext 240.
Guests
If your neighbour’s guests are disturbing you, discuss the problem politely with the tenant first. If there is still a problem, contact the Rental Department at 613-234-4065 ext 0.
Laundry
To report a problem with washing machines and clothes dryers, please contact the service number posted in the laundry room.
Meeting Rooms
Contact the Rental Department at 613-234-4065 ext 0 if you would like to use one of our meeting rooms.
Moving In & Out
Contact the Rental Department at 613-234-4065 ext 0 if you are planning to move.
Noise
Discuss the problem with your noisy neighbour and see if you can work it out. If the problem persists contact the Rental Department at 613-234-4065 ext 0.
Parking for Tenants and Guests
Contact Reception at 613-234-4065 ext 0 for bicycle and vehicle parking.
Pests
If you see insects or rodents contact the Maintenance Department at 613-234-4065 ext 707.
Pets

Rent Payment & Receipts
